A path to develop myself and others

I am a corporate training manager. My job entails me to train my co workers so that they can perform their jobs better and contribute to their organization. But in training everyone I felt like I wasn’t able to train myself to be a stronger and a better person personally. I was discussing this with a friend and he suggested that I go ahead for these landmark education courses. I started looking it up on the internet and I found a fantastic website that had done a landmark education review in the form of videos about their graduates and their tales. It had television news and tales, interviews, video projects and even television appearances by their forum leaders. I heard some landmark education criticism too from some of my friends, but my mind was set on giving it a shot. And I am still thanking god that I did, it was the exactly the experience I needed. Their introductory session itself was so inspiring that I went ahead for the advanced course and the self expression and leadership program. This program not only helped me but it also taught me how to share my knowledge with others and deliver the value of this course in them. It has refined my individuality and all I can say now is a huge warm thank you!
